The Voice of India Kids Audition 2024 is structured in three phases:-
Blind auditions:
The blind auditions are the initial step, where performers perform in front of judges and coaches. Each coach chooses fifteen vocalists for their team in this round. Teams of candidates are selected in a blind audition process by four coaches, all of whom are well-known recording artists.
Coaches press the “I WANT YOU” button next to their chair if they are impressed with an artist’s voice and wish to work with them on the next level. This permits the coach to see the performer for the first time after they have finished their song by turning the chair so that it faces the stage. By doing this, the judge or coach can avoid showing bias based on the traits or personality of an artist. The performer choose their coach if they are desired by more than one coach. If no coach chooses the performer, their time on the show is over.
Battle rounds:
In the second phase, known as the Battle Round, each vocal group is then coached and developed by their coach. By offering guidance and disclosing the keys to their success in the music business, the team coaches assist in the musicians’ personal growth. The coaches pit two players from their own squad against one another while performing the same song. Who on the team moves on to the next phase is decided by the coach. The judges’ next task is to select which artists to advance to the Live Round from each of the various “battles”.
Live shows:
The remaining seven members of each team compete individually at the third stage, Live Shows, in an effort to entertain the audience and the judges. Following the first round, three candidates can be saved by each coach to advance. Each coach may choose to keep two competitors to move on after Rounds two and three. Each coach has the option to save one competitor for the semifinals after Round 4. Following each round, a public vote determines which of the remaining competitors advance.
The last two competitors from each team compete against one another in the semi-finals. The two performances on their team were then each given 100 points by the judges. The combination of points awarded by each judge and the number of public votes cast determines the winner.
Based on the outcomes of the live public voting, the winner is selected from the final four competitors—one from each team—in the finale.
