GATE 2023 Registration Application Eligibility Dates Correction/ GATE Exam for the year 2023 will be conducted by IITs & IISc, Bangalore on a rotational basis. This (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination is a national level Exam. This exam offers admission to master’s & Ph.D. courses. The candidate who is eligible to apply for the GATE exam can apply through the official website of the Department. Here we are providing details of the GATE 2023 Registration Application such as Important & Exam dates, Eligibility Criteria, Application form, Result admit card, etc.

GATE 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Indian and Foreign(NRI) applicants are eligible to apply.
Age limit: No upper age limit to apply for the Exam.

Course Wise Eligibility:

For B.Arch Course:

Qualifying Exam: Candidate must have passed five years of Bachelor’s degree in the Architecture field from a reputed and well-known board or University.
Passing years: To apply the applicant must have passed in the year 2022.

For B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ BE Course:

Qualifying Exam: The candidate should have done their Bachelor’s degree in the engineering or Technology field after the 12th class Exam. Or
The candidate must have passed 3 years of Bachelor’s Degree after B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering/Technology.

For M.Sc/MCA/MA Course:

Qualifying Exam: The candidate must have to get a Master’s degree in any branch of Science and Mathematics/Computer Applications/Statistics or equivalent from a reputed & well-known board or university.
Appearing: To apply candidates should have passed in the year 2023.

For Integrated M.Tech/ME (Post-B.Sc) Course:

Qualifying Exam: Applying The candidate must have passed 4 years of Post-B.Sc Integrated Master’s degree course in Engineering or Technology from a reputed/well-known board or university.

For BS/B.Sc (Research) Course:

Qualifying Exam: The candidate must have done his/her Bachelor’s degree in Science after Post diploma OR
after the 12^th class must have passed with a Bachelor’s degree in Science field.

For Integrated B.S./M.S or Integrated M.Sc Course:

Qualifying Exam: Candidate must have approved Integrated M.Sc. or Five years Integrated B.S.- M.S. courses or currently appearing in the final year

For International Applicants:

Candidate who belong to Bangladesh, Nepal, Ethiopia, and Sri Lanka, Singapore & UAE countries can look for admission by satisfying the below criteria:

Qualifying Exam: Applicants must have done his/her Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Master’s Degree in significant science subjects.
Appearing: The candidate appearing in their final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible.

GATE 2023 Application Form:

All candidates can fill out the registration form and apply online through the official website.
The application form for the GATE 2023 will be declared in September or October.
All applicants must have uploaded their signature & Scanned Image for registering.
The take picture of maximum Size is 480×640 pixels, the Minimum Size is 240×320 pixels and the Dimension is 3.5cm × 4.5cm
The maximum size of the signature is 160×560, the Minimum Size is 80×280 pixels and the Dimension is 2cm × 7cm.
All Candidates can also upload a Certificate of qualifying degree, and Category Certificates, Dyslexic Certificates.
All candidates can fill in all valid and correct information in an application form or else the form will be rejected.
No Email has to be sent to the association with the hard copy.
The candidate can also take a printout of the application form for the further process.

GATE 2023 Exam Pattern:

Papers: The GATE exam will be prepared for 23 subjects/ documents in February 2023.
Exam Mode: The exam is done in computer mode (Online mode). The exam will not be conducted on paper form.
Type of Questions: only (Multiple Choice Questions) MCQ will be asked along with Numerical Questions.
Duration: Exam duration(time) will be of three hours.
Number of Questions: The total number of questions is 65. will be asked in the examination.
Marks: 100 marks.
Common Section in All GATE Papers: It is compulsory to attempt the (GA) General Aptitude section for everyone.

GATE 2023 Admit Card:

All applicants can download or get admit cards by entering their Name, enrollment Id, Email Id, & Password.
The applicants can get admit cards only through online mode. There is no ability to get them by Post or Email.
The admit card carries all required information about the examination such as the Name of the applicant’s Exam Date, Time Roll Number, duration of the Exam, and Venue of the Exam.
Without admit card applicants do not enter the examination hall.

GATE 2023 Answer Key:

The examination answer key will be available on the official website.
The answer key will be out on a different date.
The answer key will be available in PDF format.

Result:

The applicants can get the result of GATE 2023 in the month of March 2023.
All applicants can get results online through the official website of the department.
The applicants can check results by entering their Name, enrolment number, (date of birth) & Roll number.
After a successful exam, the result will be declared.
