Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi is going to conduct the “Central Teacher Eligibility Test” (CTETCTET “Examination on the result of which the applicants become eligible to apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test. The rules specified by the Central Board of Secondary Education for the conduct of CTET under the instruction of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt, of India, New Delhi”.

previous the examination of CTET used to be held by the CBSE board two times a year. though, now the CBSE board has decided to conduct the CTET Examination only once a year. There are 2 CTET exams in this examination which are Paper-1st. and Paper-2nd.
Applicants who want to teach Classes I-V class need to appear in the Paper-1st while the Applicants who want to teach the children of Class VI to VIII class. As per NCTE announcement, some person who scores 60% or more in this examination will be considered as TET pass. The scorecard of the TET Examination will now be valid for up to a period of two years.

CTET Online Application Form 2023:
- Applicants Fill out the complete online Application Form & choose a password. After submission, a Registration Number/Application Number gets generated.
- Candidate Notes down the Registration Number/Application Number. For the following login, a system-generated Registration Number/Application Number & chosen Password will be used.
- The Password Policy will be as follow:
- The Password has to be 8 to 13 characters long.
- The Password must have at least one Upper case, one lower case alphabetic & one numeric.
- Applicants can change the passwords after login if desired. The new Password cannot be identical to any of the previous 3 passwords.
- Applicants are advised not to disclose or share the password with anyone. Neither CTET nor NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of an Applicant.
- Applicants must log out at the end of their session so that the contents of the application cannot be tampered with by illegal persons.
